Fine Ribe Rice - 0.5 kg
Fine rice, Japanese variety, it takes its name from the initials of its selector: Rinaldo Bersani. Its grains have a very compact body, don’t overcook and are always separated, solid and dry. That’s why it’s particularly indicated to prepare risottos and flans, but it can be used for any recipe, also for suppers and minestrones.

The soft processing preserves the nutritional values, moreover the semi-brown rice contains less fibre than the brown rice.
