Arborio Rice - 0.5 kg
Its name comes from the small town in the province of Vercelli where it originated in 1967 and it’s the icon of Italian quality rice. It’s ideal to prepare an excellent risotto, thanks to its grain, that’s bigger than the other variety ones. Thanks to its high amylose content it doesn’t overcook.
Being a brown rice, it contains a significant quantity of fibre.
